Gordon (calf) has been ruled out for Friday's game against Cleveland. Gordon strained his right calf during Wednesday's loss to Phoenix, and he had already missed 10 consecutive outings earlier in the season due to a right calf strain. There is no clear timetable for the veteran forward's return, though Peyton Watson, Julian Strawther and Hunter Tyson are candidates for increased roles in Gordon's absence.

Nuggets Injury Report
Latest Nuggets News
Aaron Gordon : Dealing with calf strain
Gordon (calf) has been ruled out for Friday's game against Cleveland. Gordon strained his right calf during Wednesday's loss to Phoenix, and he had already missed 10 consecutive outings earlier in the season due to a right calf strain. There is no clear timetable for the veteran forward's return, though Peyton Watson, Julian Strawther and Hunter Tyson are candidates for increased roles in Gordon's absence.
Jamal Murray : Probable vs. Cavs
Murray (ankle) is probable for Friday's game against Cleveland. Murray returned from an ankle injury Wednesday against the Suns, though it appears the issue is still lingering. The team should have more clarification on his availability closer to tipoff.
Jamal Murray : Scores 13 points vs. Suns
Murray closed with 13 points (4-10 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 4-4 FT), six rebounds and six assists over 39 minutes during Wednesday's 110-100 loss to the Suns. Murray returned from a one-game absence but didn't look at his best. Aside from seeing his four-game streak of games with at least 20 points come to an end, the star floor general also notched his second-worst scoring output of the season. Murray is averaging 20.1 points and 6.1 assists per game in December, but the inconsistencies he's endured over the last few weeks conspire against his fantasy upside a bit.
Nikola Jokic : Solid double-double in loss
Jokic had 25 points (10-19 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 3-4 FT), 15 rebounds, two assists and two steals over 38 minutes during Wednesday's 110-100 loss to the Suns. Jokic's 15-rebound output was his second-best mark in that category during the month of December, and the star big man continues to show an elite ability to impact the game in several areas every time he steps on the hardwood. Jokic has notched four double-doubles and four triple-doubles across 11 December outings, averaging 31.9 points, 11.9 rebounds and 7.8 assists per game in that span.
Michael Porter : Scores 22 points in Xmas loss
Porter supplied 22 points (7-14 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 5-7 FT), four rebounds, two assists and one block across 37 minutes during Wednesday's 110-100 loss to the Suns. Porter surpassed the 20-point mark in back-to-back games for the first time since a two-game stretch on Dec. 3 and Dec. 5. He seems to be bouncing back from a subpar four-game stretch earlier this month, when he averaged 13.0 points per game while shooting 45.9 percent from the floor between Dec. 13 and Dec. 22. The lack of consistency has hurt Porter's upside in recent weeks, though his role on offense is enough to keep him relevant across all formats even if he endures a rough stretch.
Aaron Gordon : Questionable to return
Gordon is questionable to return to Wednesday's game at Phoenix because of right calf tightness. Gordon exited Wednesday's game with seven points (3-7 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 1-2 FT), three rebounds and two assists in 19 minutes. The Nuggets may have to finish what is looking like a close game without one of their more experienced forwards and the main man they had guarding Suns star Kevin Durant. If the Nuggets choose not to go small with Russell Westbrook, Peyton Watson is expected to round out most of their second-half rotation.
Jamal Murray : Will play Wednesday
Murray (ankle) will play in Wednesday's game against the Suns, Ramona Shelbourne of ESPN.com reports. After sitting out the previous Nuggets-Suns game in Denver, Murray will be available for their return matchup at Phoenix. December has been a strong month for the 27-year-old, who is averaging 24.8 points (on 46.3/39.3/87.5 shooting splits), 5.8 assists, 4.5 rebounds and 2.5 steals in 37.3 minutes this month. Murray will look to keep the pace going against a Suns team relatively ripe for the picking with Devin Booker (groin) still out.
Jamal Murray : Labeled questionable
Murray (ankle) is questionable for Wednesday's game against the Suns. Murray missed the second leg of the Nuggets' back-to-back set Monday due to a sprained right ankle. He'll be on the injury report once again for Wednesday's contest. Should he miss, Russell Westbrook would likely draw another start while Jalen Pickett could see more minutes off the bench.
