Adebayo totaled 23 points (8-12 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 7-8 FT), seven rebounds, seven assists and one steal across 31 minutes during Monday's 110-95 win over the Nets. Adebayo paced the Heat on Monday with a game-high 23 points, 17 of which came in the second half to help Miami snap a three-game losing streak. The All-NBA center is averaging 16.7 points per game this season, which is his lowest since the 2019-20 campaign (15.9). Adebayo has managed to score at least 20 points in consecutive games, though he's had to take on a larger scoring role due to Jimmy Butler being sidelined with a stomach bug. Adebayo will look to keep things rolling against Orlando on Thursday.

Bam Adebayo Latest News
Game-high 23 points vs. Nets

Goes for 24 points in loss Saturday

Adebayo amassed 24 points (8-15 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 8-12 FT), six rebounds and two steals in 34 minutes during Saturday's 121-114 loss to Orlando. Adebayo was one of three Miami players who scored at least 20 points in this game, with Tyler Herro and Terry Rozier being the others. The star big man continues to be extremely consistent on both ends of the court, posting three games with at least 20 points and four double-doubles across his last six appearances. Expect Adebayo to enjoy a slight bump in fantasy upside if Jimmy Butler (illness) remains sidelined for Monday's game against the Nets.
Posts another double-double

Adebayo totaled 17 points (7-11 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 3-6 FT), 10 rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal in 36 minutes during Friday's 104-97 loss to the Thunder. Adebayo had to leave the game in the second half after he was elbowed in the face early in the third quarter, which caused a cut above his left eye, but he returned after getting stitches. The star big man didn't look affected by the injury, though, and he finished with an efficient double-double despite the fact the Heat came up short of getting the victory. Adebayo has been on a roll of late with five double-doubles over his last six contests.
Returns after getting stitches

Adebayo (laceration) has returned to Friday's game against the Thunder, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports. Adebayo was elbowed in the face early in the third quarter, which caused a cut above his left eye. He went back to the locker room to get stitches and has returned to Friday's game.
Goes to locker room for stitches

Adebayo (face) went back to the locker room early in the third quarter of Friday's game against the Thunder, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports. Adebayo took an elbow to the head early in the second half and went back to the locker room to get stitches for a cut above his left eye and is expected to return. Jaime Jaquez, Kevin Love and Kel'el Ware should see an increase in playing time for as long as Adebayo is sidelined.
Double-double streak snaps

Adebayo posted 15 points (6-12 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), eight rebounds, three assists and one steal over 41 minutes during Monday's 125-124 overtime loss to Detroit. Adebayo failed to record a double-double Monday after doing so in his last four outings. However, the 27-year-old center continues to prove that his outside shot is a consistent development, as he is attempting 2.9 three-point attempts per contest in 2024-25 compared to just 0.6 last season.
Monster double-double

Adebayo ended Thursday's 114-104 victory over the Raptors with 21 points (8-17 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 4-6 FT), 16 rebounds, five assists and one block in 35 minutes. Tyler Herro led the Heat in scoring Thursday, but there's no question Adebayo stood out due to his impressive two-way play in this comfortable victory. The star big man has recorded four double-doubles in a row while dishing out at least five assists in each of those contests. Furthermore, Adebayo has seven double-doubles and one triple-double across his past 10 games, averaging 16.1 points, 11.5 rebounds, 6.8 assists and 1.0 steals per game in that span.
Scores team-high 25 points

Adebayo ended Saturday's 121-111 victory over the Suns with 25 points (9-16 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 6-8 FT), 12 rebounds, eight assists and one steal across 34 minutes. The Heat caught the Suns in the midst of a horrible downward spiral, and Adebayo took advantage of Phoenix's frontcourt absences with efficiency. His 25 points marked his third-highest scoring total of the season and his best result at home. The standout center is also working on a double-double streak that's extended to three games, with four double-doubles over the past five games.
Remains productive in loss

Adebayo produced 15 points (6-18 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), eight rebounds, five assists and one steal over 33 minutes during Monday's 108-89 loss to the Celtics. Adebayo seemed to draw a softer assignment with the Celtics opting to rest Kristaps Porzingis, but he still had some trouble with the defense of Luke Kornet, who rejected a season-high six shots. Adebayo has established himself as a safe fantasy asset in recent seasons, but his surge in three-point attempts per game (2.8) has been a double-edged sword in nine-category leagues, adding another dimension to his value at the cost of a career-low 41.9 percent shooting clip from the field in 19 games this year. Fantasy managers hope Adebayo's efficiency will climb back up closer to his career norms as the second quarter of the 2024-25 campaign gets underway, but the 27-year-old, three-time All-Star is averaging a productive 14.2 points, 10.7 rebounds, 7.0 assists, 1.3 steals and 1.3 three-pointers in 35.3 minutes per game over his last six outings.
