Folk's abdominal injury prevented him from playing in the Titans' 38-30 loss to the Colts in Week 16 and has now kept him sidelined for the team's first two Week 17 practices. According to Terry McCormick of TitanInsider.com, the Titans remain hopeful that Folk will be able to handle kicking duties in this Sunday's game in Jacksonville, but Tennessee added some insurance by signing Matthew Wright to their practice squad Thursday. Wright would presumably be elevated to the roster Saturday if Folk is in any danger of missing a second straight game.

Pollard (ankle) wasn't spotted on the field for Thursday's practice, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports. Pollard will go down as a non-participant for the seventh time on the Titans' last eight practice reports, but the running back has yet to miss a game. However, after sitting out all three of the Titans' sessions last week before taking a questionable tag into the weekend, Pollard played a season-low 40 percent of the offensive snaps in a 38-30 loss to the Colts. Even if Pollard is able to suit up again this Sunday in Jacksonville, he could once again find himself in a timeshare out of the backfield with Tyjae Spears, who played the other 60 percent of snaps last week and scored two touchdowns while accounting for 66 yards from scrimmage on 13 touches (10 carries, three receptions).
Boyd (foot) wasn't spotted on the field for Thursday's practice, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports. Boyd looks set to go down as a non-participant in practice for the second straight day, setting up Friday's practice as an important one in determining his odds of playing Sunday in Jacksonville. Even if Boyd is cleared to suit up against the Jaguars, he won't make for an especially appealing fantasy option. While playing in all 15 of the Titans' games thus far, Boyd has yet to find the end zone and has recorded 37 catches for 376 yards.
Duncan (hamstring) was not listed on the Titans' injury report Wednesday. Duncan was placed on injured reserve in late October due to a hamstring injury. He was activated off IR on Monday, and it appears he is on track to play against the Jaguars on Sunday. It's not clear whether Duncan will reclaim his starting spot at right tackle from Nicholas Petit-Frere for Sunday's AFC South clash.
The Titans claimed Long off waivers Wednesday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports. Long was waived by the Lions on Tuesday but will join his third team of the season after having spent time with the Dolphins as well. He should provide much-needed help at linebacker for the Titans who have been decimated by injuries at the position.
The Titans placed Murray (wrist) on injured reserve Wednesday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports. Murray's season is over after suffering a wrist injury during the team's Week 16 loss versus the Colts. Across 14 games played during the 2024 campaign, the 26-year-old recorded 95 tackles (57 solo), with 3.5 sacks, and an interception, and James Williams will likely takeover as one of the starting inside linebackers in Murray's absence.
Pollard (ankle) was listed as a non-participant on Wednesday's practice estimate, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports. Pollard didn't practice at all last week due to the ankle injury before approaching this past Sunday's loss to the Colts listed as questionable. The running back was able to suit up for the contest, but he played a season-low 39 percent of the offensive snaps and carried eight times for 35 yards to go with two receptions for five yards on four targets. With no reported setbacks coming out of that contest, Pollard's lack of participation Wednesday could be maintenance-related.

Boyd had been listed on Titans injury reports each of the past three weeks, but he hasn't missed a game during that stretch while recording five catches for 66 yards on 10 targets. Absences to begin the practice week have been the norm for Boyd of late, so as long as he's able to upgrade to full participation by Friday, he should avoid taking a designation in Sunday's game against the Jaguars.
