Hunt finished as the Chiefs' leading rusher after starter Isiah Pacheco (ribs) was knocked out of the contest in the first half of Wednesday's win. The veteran backup struggled to move the ball against Pittsburgh's stout interior defense, but he rewarded fantasy managers with his second touchdown in as many games. The severity of Pacheco's injury is still unclear, but it wouldn't be surprising to see the back rested either way after Kansas City clinched the No. 1 seed in the AFC. Hunt would see a slight boost in projections if his backfield committee mate sits out next Sunday's tilt against Denver.

Brown finished third in both targets and receptions for Kansas City, but he failed to bring in any of Patrick Mahomes' trio of touchdown passes in the win. The 27-year-old Brown has produced nine receptions for 91 yards in two games with the Chiefs this season. Brown figures to suit up against the Broncos next Sunday even with his team clinching the No. 1 seed in the AFC after missing the first 14 games of the campaign due to a shoulder injury.

Worthy has been riding high for managers in the fantasy playoffs, and he will attempt to finish the regular season with another quality outing against the Broncos next Sunday. He could, however, have his snaps limited and may be working without Patrick Mahomes, who is a candidate to be rested along with several other key contributors with the Chiefs having already clinched the No. 1 seed in the AFC playoffs.

Kelce snapped out of a minor slump with his best fantasy performance since Week 8 against Las Vegas (10-90-1). The future Hall of Famer passed current member and former Chief, Tony Gonzalez, for the club record in career receiving touchdowns (67). With the Chiefs clinching the No. 1 seed throughout the playoffs following Wednesday's win, the team may opt to rest some of its key players in Week 18. Kansas City has 10 days off before a road tilt against Denver next Sunday, so make sure to check on the status of the team's key fantasy options leading up to that matchup.
